Cancellation policy: When booking an appointment, all clients will be asked to leave a credit card to reserve their time. We require 3 business hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Any less of a notice will be considered a “no show”. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged to the client’s credit card for no shows on all services under $100. If the service is $100 or more, there will be a charge of 50% of the booked service.

Refund policy: It is our goal to offer outstanding service 100% of the time. In the event that we fall short and disappoint you, we encourage you to make us aware of your dissatisfaction within 24 hours and we will do everything we can to remedy the situation. We never want you to leave here merely satisfied, we want you to leave Mad One Jacks as a raving fan. Sorry, we do not offer refunds for services.
