Jack has 28 years experience working in the beauty
industry, which has afforded him with the opportunity
to work with and learn from many different and varied
professionals. He’s mastered a wide range of techniques
picked up along the way, from classic barbering
techniques to modern, state-of-the-art texturizing
methods.
For women, whether hair is long or short, Jack uses
a variety of texturizing techniques to create a
seamless, layered look that grows out exceptionally
well. This works exceptionally well with one length
looks and thick, volumous hair. Don’t settle for
an average haircut covered up by a fancy blow-out.
He typically finishes his cuts with a straight forward
blow out, then texturizes to perfection afterwards.
He can also coach you with easy steps on how to
blow out and style your own hair at home. With fine
hair, he’ll wow you with his advanced cutting and
maximum texturizing techniques as well. He is also
advanced in the art of dry cutting and styling curly
hair.
In cutting men’s hair, rather than mandating a single
cutting technique, Jack uses electric clippers,
scissors, and razors. He customizes his approach
based on each individual’s needs.
With color, Jack puts to work the newest coloring
techniques available. A straight forward single
process or classic highlight can take on a new dimension
with minimal effort and expense, whether it be a
classic, blended, natural look or chunky highlights
and lowlights.
He also does well with children, having 2 of his
own; a young girl, Jade and a new baby, Guy. He
empathizes with parents who feel their kids should
have a quality haircut at a gentle price. Kids shouldn’t
have to settle for a poor haircut because “they’re
just kids”.
Jack has also been doing hair extensions since 1985,
Japanese straightening since 2002, perms and relaxers,
as well as event hair and updos.

Diana has been working as a professional hair stylist for the past 10 years…7 in upper Bergen County salons and the last 3 years at Mad One Jacks. She’s trained at the Wella Studio in NYC, Redken, and Paul Mitchell for cutting and advanced color. She excels in classic and creative cutting and multi-dimensional coloring, as well as styling hair for weddings and other special events. Her specialty…the Bride.

Malinda has been working in salons since she was 16. She trained at Vidal Sassoon for their classic and creative haircutting classes in San Francisco. Through the Deva Curl system, she has advanced education with curly textured hair. Malinda is a Paul Mitchell National Educator specializing in precision haircutting and dimensional color blocking. For long irresistible locks, she is here to take care of all your hair extension needs. She can accommodate men and women, from a funky urban look to a casual chic bob. Mad One Jacks has now become her artistic playground.
