Policies

Cancellation Policy: We require a credit card to reserve all future appointments.  In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you give us at least 24-hours notice.  This allows us ample time to reach out to our waiting list to fill the vacant appointment. If we do not hear from you we may charge your card a flat $50 fee.

*If you are unable to cancel with a 24-hour notice and are charged, you may reschedule within a 10-day period to receive your services.

Late Policy:  Please arrive to your reserved appointment on time.  Clients who are 15 minutes or more late to their appointment may be asked to reschedule their appointment due to time constraints.

Refunds/Exchanges: Here at Mad One Jacks, we strive to deliver superior service to each and every client.  In the event you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your original service.  We will do everything within reason to rectify and correct the issue as soon as we can.  Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.
